When I found out there was a way to crochet a fabric that looked almost indistinguishable from knit, I was very glad I didn't have to learn how to knit. I can knit now too, but Tunisian crochet remains the most satisfying craft I've learned to date. I highly recommend giving it a go, if you can crochet already it'll be easy & this scarf is made with 'knit stitch'!
